Spacing: This happens when your jawbone grows excessively leaving gaps between your teeth. Aside from being cosmetically undesirable, these spaces are also a dental distress since they increase one's probability of having tooth decay.

Overcrowding: This misalignment occurs when there is inadequate space within your jaw to fit your teeth. If left unattended, this condition can cause tooth decay, gum disease, and hinders ones mouth from functioning normally.

Underbite: This happens when the lower jaw projects more than the upper jaw. It's often prompted by the excessive growth of the lower jaw, or undergrowth of the upper jaw, or missing upper teeth. The condition can result in tooth wear and painful jaw joint issues.
